Aelera can build deeper and more sophisticated Full Cycle Lead Management applications within an existing infrastructure. Per our customers' requirements, Aelera configures qualification rules, including workflow-based configurations. Once customer touches are elevated to qualified leads, captured leads can be managed via web-based single entry; data imports from trade shows, events and marketing programs combined with automatic imports from web sites and other sources. Applications can also include automatic acknowledgements back to customers.

According to your requirements, automated email, timed-interval status, and other lead follow-up functions can be customized for optimal impact before the hand-off to the sales pipeline.

A number of filters can be employed to route leads by region, sales representative, city, state, zip code, product, industry or any number of variables which can also include a work queue method customized for specific needs.
